"Deadbeat" father is being thrown around too much. Unable to pay because of biased judges is not the same as not wanting to pay. There will always be good and bad. Rose v Rose it outdated and needs to be geared to fathers who want to pay. You will find 85% of dad's want to support their child, regardless of visitation set-up. These vets deserve a fair Rose v Rose. A specific formula for Vets with disability should be implemented into Rose v Rose so that biased county judges have no excuse for why a veteran is going homeless or to jail b/c they are going by laws that were "shot from the hip".
