When a soldier brings in Medical reports that substanciates a claim for medical benefits at the VA and esspecially where Comp an Pension is concerned, it needs to be added to case file for consideration of evidence insuring that all Soldiers get properly evaluated, rather than receiving need of more evidence, and when they mail letter requesting more evidence, inserts with reason why submitted records from civilian Doctors will be disqualified, or not considered be sent using most expeditious parcel service.
