The oust of the Hawaiian Kingdom abused the Hawaiian Constitution, the Law of Countries, and the U.S. Constitution. As indicated by the representing standards exemplified in those archives, the main legitimate intends to gently change an administration is through the assent of the individuals. There was no assent of the individuals for the 1893 oust, nor for the 1893 foundation of a Temporary Government for Hawaii, nor for the 1894 Republic of Hawaii, nor for the 1898 Extension to the U.S. (which, coincidentally, was not by any means endorsed by the U.S. as per U.S. law).
