Major League Baseball has severely sidestepped a binding legal agreement towards labor policies in handing down a judgement beyond that of what is written in the Joint Drug Agreement between the MLBPA and MLB owners in a direct attempt to undermine the power of not only MLBPA but unions everywhere as such a miscarriage sets a precedence that will adversely affect Union Arbitration hearings across the board. We strongly demand of the White House in the interest of American Labor Relations to vacate the judgement against Alex Rodriguez.
