The proper way to validate the Affordable Care Act is to require that all of Congress and the President of this great country to also abide by the law that they have passed. When they have to live within the system and laws they pass, it will demonstrate to the American public that the politicians in this country are not practicing elitist status and live under the same rules they pass for the citizens of this country.
