Validate foreign education

United States should validate studies from foreign countries.
Many people from other countries have studies done in their natal country and it is not fair that they do not accept those studies and if they do they make difficult the validation of studies.People who studied in other country have problems finding work because their studies are not valid. They have to work as if they were people without a college education and they receive low income. United States should validate studies from foreign countries and give the opportunity of better works for the people.
