The armed militia groups (Mujahideen and Taliban) formed and financed with the direction of the U.S in the eighties to defend against the advancement of Russia have now evolved into a global peace and security threat. Decades of unkept promises and false assurances for a better future to the leaders of these factions have created deep sentiments of hatred towards the U.S. The tactical munipulations by the U.S governement have destroyed Afghanistan post Mujahideen era and with the culmination of Taliban militants it has englufed the neighboring Pakistan.
