To ensure the civil liberties of all individuals, we ask that mandatory training be put into effect for all local, state, and federal police officers when dealing with different people from various ethinicities and indviduals who may suffer from mental illness, as a means to protect their right to preserve human life as an alternative to using deadly force when encountering these individuals in the field.
