To detour minors from drinking and or driving. If a minor causes a death(s) driving under the influence of alcoholic liquor the minimum sentence years served in prison as a count of a felony be calculated by as following; 90 minus the age of the one who died. Example: the person who died was 25, it would be 90 - 25 = 65 years in prison minimum time served before being eligible for parole. If person died while pregnant 90 years is added onto it. Example person who died is 20, it would be 180 - 20 = 160 years served before eligible before parole.
