The Venezuelan people living in the United States protest because the the Carter Center misled the Venezuelan people by saying that the Venezuelan The National Electoral Council [CNE in its Spanish acronym] is 100% transparent, secure and secret.

The 46% of the Election Voting Machines (EVMs) are not audited. These EVMs can change voting results without people knowing.
US Government must protect all democracies from these EMVs that may manipulate the results if they are not all audited. This is enough reason to remove the EVMs or audit them all.
US Government must demand Carte Center to retract and declare that VENEZUELA PEOPLE CAN NOT TRUST THE EVMs OF CNE.
US Government must recommend manual elections.
