verify the signatures on the "secession" petitions to ensure that only a State's own citizens sign each.

Whereas people from more State seem to have signed each "secession" petition, and

Whereas the possibility exists that some have signed more than one such petition,

We ask the White House to verify that only the citizens of each State are allowed to sign that State's petition before finding it necessary to respond to each such petition.

No multiple voting -- i.e., no "voter fraud."
