Verify with State governments that DACA recipients have Legal presence in the United States.

Several states have decided to deny drivers license to DACA recipients because the Federal Government has failed to make it clear that these young students have legal presence in this country.Under the 2005 Real ID Act they qualify to receive state ID's. We strongly urge for President Obama to clarify that these young students have Legal Presence and therefore can, and should, receive state ID's and Drivers License.
