The American people seek hope, and we the people have considerable standards in this regard. The measure of a leader goes far beyond tag lines and pundits. Leadership is about embracing the compassion of those you lead.
We as Americans are fortunate that we are able to feel the highest of highs but also the feelings of so low that an appreciation of both can be experienced.
