Work with Congress to establish funding for an emergency data entry effort to enter dissabled veteran claims and records into a searchable data base.
Funding will be used to employ currently unemployed citizens to reduce the backlog of veteran claim records by entering them into a easily constructed minimal database to streamline and advance processing of those claims. Work can be performed in the various armories or other military facilities near record storage locations.
The data base(s) will be created in a manner that will allow them to be exported into the final VA claims system currently under development/implementation.
