Veterans Administration to create RV parks and long term camping areas for Veterans who are on VA disability, SSD or SSI. Many VA hospitals and military bases have plenty of extra space to provide RV spaces with hook ups for homeless Veterans who live in an RV. Many VA facillities have Golf Courses for the affluent which can sacrifice a few holes for Veterans in need of a place to park without being chased of roadsides and out of National Forrest.
Veterans will volunteer and be certified as camp hosts to maintain and patrol the camps. Camps to be supported and managed by the D.A.V.
Veteran RV Camps to allow Veterans their full rights under the Bill of Rights. Veterans who are not convicted felons may legally own firearms may posses them in their RV or vehicle within State Law.
