Veteran's Administration and some other healthcare facilities are requiring that all US registered nurses that apply for employment must have attended a nursing school that was accredited by the NLNAC or CCNE. Nurses that attended nursing school out of the country do not have to meet this requirement. Please change this requirement so that all registered nurses have the same equal opportunity for employment based on experience and qualifications and not based on the schools accreditation at time of attendance.
