We the People of the United States, Respectfully Request, that Our Members of Congress, Vote with a Majority Vote and Pass a Bill for Law, that No Member of Congress can any longer dip into the Social Security Coffers, that allnVeterans of the United States Armed Forces as long as not Dishonorably Discharged,nservingnat least One Day of Active Duty, whether in Boot Camp or out in the Field or MOS, receive Veterans Benefits of a 60% Ratio, unless Judged Higher but Never lower than 60%, that all those who receive Snap or Food Stamp Benefits be at least 16 years of age, be a licensed driver and Must be a United States Citizen and earn no more than $25,000 per year. Also, if a person is ever convicted of Narcotics, Financial Negativity such as Fraud, or Smokes Tobacco , none $ allowed.
