Veterans and co/habitant partners who have lived together for many years should have the same benefits as married couple

Created by K.K. on May 11, 2012

Veterans and Military Famlies: When a Veteran is deceased and has lived in a co/partnership relationship for many years should have the same DIC/dependant benefits as married couples. The nine month rule for married couples with the Veteran Adm. is old and should be changed to reflect the decision that todays couples make as co/partnership.
