Veterans to be able to use private insurance in V.A. Medical Centers and Hospitals.

I use the V. A. Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA for my annual check-ups. But not dental or vision because I am not service connected. It would be convienent if veterans could use their private insurance plans at the V.A.M.C. This way, it would save us time and travel expenses and the taxpayers money. It would be one stop for all our medical and dental needs.
