Fully fund a college tuition program (bachelors degree) or trade school program for all Veterans who have not attained a degree whether the served in peace or war. This program will be eligible to all service members who served a minimum of 2 years on active duty and have received a honorable discharge. This education funding will take priority positioning over any other Federal secondary funding of education.
