Veteran's family without health care.

Hi, My name is Briana Martinez spouse of a veteran mother of four my husband serve 14 years in the navy he didn't make 1st class that's the reason navy let him go last year in sep 2012. he has a job as a contractor in north island military base, but he makes 3000-3100 a month and insurance to expensive for family members, he has insurance for him only I don't work I'm trying to finish school, little by little. I decide to ask you if is possible to help my husband to be active navy reserve, and if he goes active we will have medical insurance again for all of us, he is inactive right now he went several times with the reserve in charge they just said there's nothing open for him that they will call later ,is been a year, my husband name antonio e. martinez burruel E-5
