VBA has denied my claim for service connection. To do so VBA had to lie stating evidence was not present in my service record. Further the VBA had to misapply regulations. A VBA employee called me letting me know of the lies necessary to find against me. I supplied the contact information of that whistle blower to the fed repeatedly. The fed is free to review my record. VBA wrongdoing should cause a VBA case to immediately be ruled in favor of the Vet. I am informed that I may disagree and take another year of my life gathering data. I am then to reapply to these same VA personnel who are free to lie again and misapply regulations. Despite finding a whistle blower for the fed, the fed refuses to really hear me. Vets...need justice from VBA. Please demand justice for veterans.
