Veterans have a LOSING HAND in both the Administrative and the Judicial system in this Country, especially if they lack the appropriate income to seek outside medical opinions.
Some of us Veterans, are more fortunate than others, if we are on Medicare and/or Medicaid.
However, there are those who are not on either and have to depend primarily on VA doctors, who, in my opinion a large majority are incompetent, along with those who are being paid by the Dept of VA, render false and misleading information about Veterans TRUE conditions. These doctors must be held accountable for their LIBELOUS statements.
When Veterans approach the Judicial, ALL evidence is weighed, so when a judge renders a decision, it's based on the preponderance of evidence, submitted by these VA doctor.
