Veto All Legislation Until the Senate Holds Confirmation Hearings on SCOTUS Appointment, or Until the Next Election

Insofar as the Republican Senate majority intends to prevent SCOTUS confirmation hearings until the next president is installed, it is sensible for the current president to block all legislation emerging from Congress during an election year or, to use the Republican vernacular, until the people have spoken regarding congress-persons.
