To veto and declare unconstitutional CISPA as a violation of the fourth amendment of search and siezure and privacy

Created by C.H. on April 19, 2013

The cyber intelligence security and protection act requests that major technological companies share information of tracking information WITHOUT a warrant or cause! The fourth amendment clearly prohibits this. Not only does this allow for the tracking of every action you do, this allows for the government to use any evidence that you ever post to be used in a federal court against you for any law past the fact which is strictly prohibited by Article 1 Section 9 saying that such action can only be taken only in cases of of Rebellion or Invasion of the public safety. Under this law, this would give the government almost unlimited power to detain and imprison any person. We must stop this infringement of our liberties
