Veto any bill allowing any official to read private emails, or access social network information without a warrant!

Created by J.W. on November 21, 2012

Patrick Leahy, a Senator from Vermont, has secretly re-written portions of h.r. 2471, a bill that is supposed to protect our privacy.

This last minute re-write would give authorities the ability to access your email and social network information without having to obtain a search warrant.

Let's urge our President to veto any bill that includes any language allowing any official government or police from accessing this information without going through the proper channels and obtaining warrants. These are Constitutional rights that need to be protected not eroded.

Thank you in advance for those that sign.
