A newly introduced Bill H.R.3741, if passed, will eliminate the possibility of any President, Member of Congress, Pentagon Official, or Military Official from being Executed for War Crimes and/or Crimes against Humanity, when found GUILTY by U.S. or International Courts.

This Resolution 3741 is being introduced to Congress with the knowledge that there EXISTS a group of people who will be facing a DEATH PENALTY sentence in the future. "Disingenuous" is to frail a word for this Resolution.
