This petition is intended to implore the Office of the President of the United States to veto any legislation passed to withdraw federal funding from Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood provides affordable healthcare to Americans who may not otherwise have access to medical service. Planned Parenthood offers mammograms, STI screenings, access to birth control, emergency contraception, as well as safe and legal abortions to Americans in need. Advocates against Planned Parenthood are attempting to deprive Americans, especially low-income Americans, of the legal right to receive and have access to birth control.
