Veto any reauthorization of the Patriot Act

We the concerned citizens of the United States request that the President veto any reauthorization of the Patriot Act. The Patriot Act has allowed and legalized the infringement upon the basic civil rights of the citizens of the nation. A law that makes freedom of speech and free association a crime needs to end. The Patriot Act has emboldened our Law Enforcement Organizations to become brutal and uncivil in the name of security. The clamping down of civil protest and discourse and privacy all for the sake of supposed security is an anathema to the foundations of this Nation and the Law Needs To End.
