If the Farm Bill just passed by the Senate and House, specifically the House version as written, is sent to the President it should be vetoed. It has gutted Food Stamps and gives billions of dollars to large Corporations that produce commodity crops that grow specific varieties of corn and soy that get used for junk food additives. If Congress wants to cut spending, tell them to START with the Corporate Welfare so blatant and excessive in the Farm Bill, as well as put more focus on family farmers, healthy, non-gmo crop subsidies and nutrition programs!
