veto H.R. 1599 (if it passes Congress) and support the rights of Americans (State by State) to know if a food is GMO.

This petition addresses HR 1599, also known as the "Dark Act" by some. Part of HR 1599 state: "This bill preempts state and local restrictions on GMOs or GMO food and labeling requirements for GMOs, GMO food, non-GMO food, or “natural” food." This bill would strip State and local governments the right, to make labeling laws, that require food manufactures to disclose if GMO's are present.
