HR 358 : Protect Life Act allows insurance companies and health care providers to discriminate on who to give abortions too. This act will make it so people under the Affordable health care plan will not be a covered by their insurance to have an abortion. The citizens who are under the Affordable health care plan are those who need it the most and would not be able to procure these services otherwise. It is essentially saying that only the rich are allowed a choice when it comes to their reproductive rights.
