Section 309 of H.R. 4681 is an AFFRONT to and a MOCKERY of the principles of freedom the United States was founded on and stands for. We MUST NOT keep quiet while legislation denying FREEDOM, LIBERTY, and BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS, condoning torture and the theft of our private information and property, TIME AND TIME AGAIN, is passed.
