in Febuary of 2013 the Marketplace Fairness Act was passed by congress and is now on Obama's desk waiting to be signed. This Bill Needs to Die. the Marketplace Fairness Act give the govenment and the IRS too much power,dicurages trade between the states, hurts small busnesses,and taxes the web which does not need to be regulated. Artical 1 Section2 states "Congress can tax but not on items that are State Controled" sign the pretition and tell Obama that this act is a violation of the Security and Exchange Act and is unconstitutional and needs to be vetoed.
