Sections 1031 and 1032 of the National Defense Authorization Act provide for the indefinite detainment of Americans by the military. This is in direct conflict with both the fifth and sixth amendments of the Constitution and goes against everything America stands for. We petition the President to assert his responsibility to check this irresponsible act of Congress.
