with the NCLB act of 2001 american schools all over the country have been screwing the children over due to the overwhelming fact that students may be the smartest in the school and deserve to go into advanced classes, but can't due to the fact that because of one test that they didn't score high enough for they wont fulfill their dreams. This act had messed with our education system and most importantly our future generation.
