Nearly 6 million Americans will be affected by this Law and be taxed about $1,200 for not having health insurance by the year 2016. These are seen as broken promises to some of us. During Obama's first campaign Obama Pledged not to raise taxes on individuals making 200k a year and couples that make less than 250k a year. And the budget office analysis found that nearly 80 percent of those who'll face the penalty would be making up to or less than five times the federal poverty level.
