We, the American people, will NOT stand for a rider that puts the onus of financial responsibility on the American people in the likely event of unethical trading by banks like Citicorp; the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act must remain whole. It cannot be dismantled. We want the rider removed from the omnibus spending bill.
