As if we need to explain why requiring a citizen to (1) own a mobile phone, (2) have a data plan to support QR scans and uploads to (3) determine if they're consuming POISON. The science behind GMO safety is far from settled. Citizens deserve to be provided with enough information to determine if they're consuming POISON.
