By allowing warrant-less wire-tapping of American citizens, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) is an affront to the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution. If law enforcement agencies need to eavesdrop on Americans, a warrant signed by a judge should be required. Please do not extend this un-Constitutional law to be extended for 5 more years.
