Veto the Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act of 2015.

The Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act of 2015 is a deceptively comforting title for marginally unconstitutional amendments to the Food Drugs and Cosmetics Act. This bill will strip States right to pass legislation regarding labeling of bioengineered foods (GMO's). If voters in any state vote anything into law that is there constitutional right. Any bill that prevents a state from enacting more stringent food labeling regulations needs to be vetoed.
