Veto Section 735 of the Continuing Resolution spending bill - HR 933 in defense and support of checks and balances!

The purpose of this petition is to lobby the President of the United States to veto Section 735 of the Continuing Resolution Bill which has already passed both houses of congress. Section 735, referred to commonly as the "Monsanto Protection Act" will provide the company Monsanto, and presumably any other company, immunity from constitutionally mandated judicial authority, oversight, and review. This is absolutely UNEXCEPTABLE! The very fact that either legislative body has the audacity to presume that it is endowed with the authority to divest the courts of their constitutionally mandated power is absolutely ABSURD! The only legal mechanism for making changes to the US Constitution is through the amendment process. NO OTHER MEANS IS ACCEPTABLE OR ALLOWABLE!
