These jobs aren't being filled here not because they can't find the workers but because they want to pay LESS for foreign workers. Americans are in need of jobs and the jobs should STAY HERE with people already in the country. Until we have higher employment rates People from foreign lands should not be given priority.
American jobs are streaming overseas. They're already skirting rules by renaming a massive amount of jobs that are really full time permanent to the title of temp work but getting around the temp status and rules by hiring thru yet another third party and calling them contract work instead. Even these jobs are being farmed out over seas.
This should NOT be encouraged by the american govt. These employers should be SEVERELY penalized for destroying the American economy
