The American people petition the White House to block through VETO any legislation that seeks to relieve the effects the Sequester has caused on FAA operations BEFORE Head Start programs are brought back to their pre-sequester funding levels.
Bills seeking to return FAA funding are intended to alleviate the concerns and needs of the wealthiest in America, while those in poverty and the working poor depend on the critical Head Start program for the future success of their children.
We should NOT prioritize the waiting time of business travelers and vacationers over the educational needs of the nation's children!
