The meeting with the Vice President Biden in Bucharest is in regard to property restitution in Romania, specifically in Bucharest, where the Romanian Government violates the property rights of the Romanian Citizens. All the details about this case will be provided at the meeting or I can present this case to Mr Duane Butcher at the American Embassy in Bucharest prior to the arrival of Vice President Biden.
