Victims suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress, which then causes set-backs when they have dealt with horrible crimes such as rape, sexual assault, violence, bullying, cyber-bullying, incest, etc.
Allow victims of these horrible crimes overseas and/or on American soil the right and entitlement to free and/or discount insurance rates in all 50 States. In Northern NJ, there is a lack of mental health availability and particularly free and discounted facilities. Most are closing due to budgetary purposes and/or some do not accept Obama-care. Giving victims insurance incentives allows them to get the quality health-care they are entitled to have. Require a documented police report to be apart of the application and police department consent for release of material to the Insurance company.
