victims of domestic violence seeks help from D.C.F who removes child from her due to her gender & economic status.

as a victim of domestic violence i sought assistance from the department of children & families to flee from my abuser. Not only did they not assist me & my daughter, they used my abuse as a reason to remove my child & placing her into their foster care system with the approval of a judge because of what they believe is a mental illness diagnosis that does not exist. A judge removed me from my residence giving my abuser the residence as well as my property which i obtained through the help of crime victims compensation funds, rendering me & my daughter homeless until they where able to take away my child. their bases for removal is a medical diagnosis that does not exist and claims that i live in a boarding home, which i don't. using my medical records obtained through my abuser illegally.
