Videotape when arresting people under a warrant - the arrest event to be recorded by one or more of the arresting member

Videotaping arrests will help the people, the law enforcement, the government and society. It will help assure the people that a record of the arrest event is being made and is a witness. The officers have a gentle reminder to exercise their better professionalism and care. The government and society benefits by having an impartial witness-type record of the arrest events and it is expected that behaviors will be better and more peaceful. The actions of both the arrestee(s) and the arresting officers will be more civil and less prone to dangerous escalation as they are aware that the event is being recorded. The recording can be done two ways: With handheld cameras by one or more members of the arresting team; or miniature cameras worn on the bodies of the arresting officers. Thank you.
