There should be a system set up to identify legal people to work within the US. To set this type of system up you would need to do the following: Set up a verifying database & make it available to all employers. Issue an ID to every person that works within the US at a cost of $12.00 per person & renew it every year. The ID would have to have a picture & a number different than Social Security Number or driver license or ID number. Provide a certified birth certificate (not hospital issued). Provide finger prints that have been verified through DOJ. No temporary, paper ID cards shall be issued.
