The Department of Education refuses to undertake comprehensive "compliance reviews" even after multiple complaints, lawsuits, and patterns of discrimination have been documented and reported, instead demanding a incident-focus. Appoint a special DOJ prosecutor or direct Secretary of Education to undertake immediate compliance reviews or prosecution for higher education institutions with multiple ADA, Sec 504, or Sec 508 complaints or outstanding issues.
